Data transfer to Kiesi
Self therapy or meditation with Kiesi
The strained user fingers or clutches the e-stress ball for relaxation.
A Led gives the user direct feedback on the intensity of the pressure by glowing and changing its colour, which can also be monitored in the app.
Subsequently, the app suggests a suitable self-therapy or meditation to the user.
Then the user decides whether he wants to do the exercise for his own relaxation or not.
Start
The interactions with app and stress ball are all memorised in calendar form and accessible on this page.
Self therapy
KIESI helps the patient to organise himself and to stay focused on his inner self. The app also provides visual support to the user unable to concentrate during analysis due to overwhelming emotions, neglecting helpful methods.
Journal
Depending on the mood, the user can shape the ball. This can either be done in the app or directly with the stress ball.
Once sufficient data is available through the journal, the app can recognise the user's mood pattern. The collected data can be used to support regular therapy, for example.
Selbst-Therapie
Through visualised emotion of user's days and the playful interface, a bond of trust between user and app can be strengthened.
Calender & Statistics
All the interactions with Kiesi are recorded in "Calendar" and are quickly and easily accessed. For further analysis, the data and interactions can be called up under the "Statistics" menu.
